You know that weird time on Friday between work and play? The workweek is fading, the weekend looms large, and you really want a sandwich? Housing Works is here for you. We remembered we have a bar, in a bookstore, so we’re starting a Friday Happy Hour, 4PM to 8PM, to help you ease into the weekend.
Cafe specials:
- bottles of wine for $15
- buckets of Brooklyn Brewery beer for $18 (5 beers)
- buckets of PBR for $12 (5 beers)
- grilled cheese & a beer for $8
And we’ll have board games available — we won’t even commandeer your ID to use them because we’re pals, it’s cool — so bring your friends and get a bucket, or grab a grilled cheese & beer and camp out to finish your #fridayreads.
Well now I know what I’m doing every Friday forever.
